Hello and welcome to my blog. My life has taken me on an ever changing journey, just like everyone there have been good times and tougher times and I have had to overcome some challenging moments. It has been these times that have led me to reassess my life - where I am going, where I want to be, what I would like to be doing and what's important to me. Without these challenging times, I would not have appreciated the good times or gained the perspective I have now and all the training in complementary healthcare and Nutritional Therapy.
One thing that has very strongly resonated with me and has come out of the more challenging times is the notion of "eat well, move well and think well" to improve my life and I have found ways to lead a happier, healthier life. I would like to explore these aspects in more detail here, and share some of the insights that I have gained through both my work and personal life.
I would also like to use this blog to consider various health concerns and complaints and ways that nutritional interventions can help and support to bring the body back into equilibrium. So I hope you will check-in with this blog regularly as we go on this journey together!
