Meet Sally

My journey into nutritional therapy began after a period of ill-health and I began exploring a more holistic approach to health, both physical and mental, encouraging me to learn more and developing a passion for wanting to help others.
I have always had an interest in a more holistic approach to health and this led me into studying a foundation degree in Complementary Healthcare, at the University of Brighton graduating with distinction. I studied massage, reflexology, aromatherapy and nutrition.
I became fascinated with the link between food and health, and this prompted me to study further. I embarked on a Diploma in Nutritional Therapy with the Institute for Optimum Nutrition (ION) in London, graduating with merit. I am a member of the Professional bodies BANT (British Association for Applied Nutrition and Nutritional Therapy) and CNHC (Complementary and Natural Healthcare Council) and adhere to their code of ethics.
My particular interest is the link between diet and mental health. I firmly believe there is a strong connection between diet and lifestyle which impacts on our mental health.
